POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: Fremont, CA
WAGE SCALE: $24.00-$28.00 / Hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Download, organize and manage all bid documents on a daily basis.
Assist in creating and maintaining bid log.
Support estimating and project management team with estimating procedures, help in obtaining quotes, construction invoices, change order creation and tracking, interfacing with general contractors and other subcontractors.
Responsible for bid forms, bid letters, creating and maintaining submittals, prequalifications, contractors lists among other administrative tasks as requested.
Logging and keeping track of bid results and change orders.
Assist Estimators in preparing bids and submitting proposals for projects.
Assisting Estimators and Project Managers with a variety of tasks
Other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be computer literate and proficient in standard and specialized software applications, i.e.; Microsoft Word / Excel.
Must be proficient in writing, public relations, communications and have a high attention to detail orientated work and organization.
Regular in office attendance is required.
Valid CA Driver’s License
