Great Lakes Community Action Partnership HVAC/Electrical Services Manager in Fremont, Ohio

*Summary: * Coordinate the installation or repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components in residential homes.  Provide direct supervision and support to staff.

Education:

Required High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) and the ability to obtain Heating Technician Series Certification from Ohio Weatherization Training Center within one year. Prefer Heating and/or Electrical licensure.

 

Experience:

Three to five years' combination of experience in heating, electrical, plumbing and construction related trades. One to three years' experience coordinating work assignments and managing multiple programs or tasks.

 

Additional Requirements:

Initial and periodic Motor Vehicle Records checks, maintain a valid driver's license, and maintain a safe driving record.
