Description We are searching for a diligent Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will be the focal point of customer interactions, managing inbound calls, and providing outstanding customer service. Your duties will extend to data entry and email correspondence, ensuring all customer details are accurate and up to date. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and directing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Providing top-notch customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurate data entry, updating, and maintaining customer records.
• Handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
• Scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth operations and time management.
• Coordinating and communicating effectively within the team, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
• Regularly monitoring customer accounts and initiating necessary actions.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
• Upholding confidentiality and demonstrating discretion with customer information. Requirements • The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability in performing data entry tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
