PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Forklift Mechanic in Garden City, Georgia.
Job Title: Forklift Mechanic
Job Type: Full time; Contract 9 months
Location: Garden City, GA 31408
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.51 per hour
Job Summary
The Forklift Mechanic is tasked with both preventive and corrective maintenance of LPG and electronic forklifts. They are expected to troubleshoot and repair forklifts regularly using a variety of tools including computer diagnostic equipment.
Skill Requirements :
Mechanical repair skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose issues using visual inspection and computer diagnostic equipment
Knowledgeable in reading service and repair manuals
Understanding of both electrical system schematics and hydraulic system schematics
Preferred:
Experience in repairing major system components like circuit boards , hydraulic , mechanical , L.P. systems, power steering , and transmissions
Ability to perform engine tune-ups on various makes of equipment without supervision
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.51 per hour
