The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-class service and support to all internal and external customers via phone, email and chat and will be based in Gdansk or Wroclaw.

In this role, you will support our European customers on weekdays between 8am and 4pm, with a focus on Poland-speaking customers. As part of this team, you will work with our clients to find solutions to challenging technical problems. To do this, you will need solid expertise in our products and applications, as well as the relevant vertical market knowledge. You will use Salesforce and communicate internally across departments as needed.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • You will answer technical questions from our customers and provide timely, high-quality answers.

  • You will assist our customers with troubleshooting Hach Online equipment and related software, and provide support with questions regarding analysis methods

  • You handle customer concerns and use a cross-departmental network to find solutions for all parties involved

  • Act as a liaison between technical support and other departments to represent the Voice of Customer (VOC) and drive continuous improvements

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service, technical support, field service.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
