Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for positioning, aligning, fitting, and welding parts to create complete boom crane units or sub-units. You will follow blueprints and layout specifications, using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools. Your role involves lifting or moving materials and finished products with overhead cranes, hoists, and conveyors, ensuring the technical specifications and quality standards are consistently met. Additionally, you will perform minor assembly tasks, inspect surfaces of cranes and crane parts, and prepare surfaces for welding. This position requires operating Class B forklifts and maintaining departmental housekeeping standards.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Georgetown, Texas.
Work Environment
Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility with a large warehouse space and several pods or work stations. Welding bays are spread out, providing personal work spaces. Connected to the office building, the environment fosters a smaller company feel. Standard work hours are from 6am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work as needed.
