Job Title: Forklift Production Associate
Location: Germantown, WI
Compensation: $22.00+/hour (depending on the shift)
Shifts Available: 10:30pm-7:00am (Monday night to Saturday morning)
Job Summary:
Join our team in the food manufacturing industry, where you will perform various unskilled and semi-skilled tasks. As a Forklift Production Associate, you will assist with the processing of food product ingredients, ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials
Package finished products
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Clean machines and facilities to maintain food safety standards
Actively identify and report any food safety or defense issues
Assess raw materials to ensure conformance and consistency
Qualifications and Skills:
Must understand and follow basic instructions, possess basic math skills, and participate in team discussions and activities
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Capable of receiving and applying safety training on machinery operation, chemical usage, and forklift operation
Required Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or GED
Current Forklift Certification (must provide proof)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to repetitively lift 50 to 80 pounds (e.g., bags, boxes, six-gallon buckets)
Comfortable working in wet, sanitized environments and wearing protective gear
Ability to handle hazardous cleaning chemicals
Must be able to climb stairs for machine access
Due to this being a food processing full PPE would be required and all GMP rules are to be followed
