Description

Robert Half is looking for an HR Manager for a Germantown area organization. This role revolves around managing the HR functions for the organization, with an emphasis on benefit functions, compensation administration, compliance, employee relations, and full cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all benefit functions within the organization.

• Administer compensation programs and ensure they are in line with industry standards.

• Ensure company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.

• Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention.

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including the creation of job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

• Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a high level of communication and engagement with employees.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources management

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions within an organization

• Solid understanding and expertise in Compensation Administration

• Knowledge and experience in ensuring Compliance in HR practices

• Strong background in fostering positive Employee Relations

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus

• Familiarity with HR software and tools
