Citigroup CTI -Senior Project Manager C14/SVP in Getzville, New York
Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst: responsible for development, execution and implementation of CTI's and Firm's strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Writing / Review Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Technology design , project plans, and lead testing execution.
Critical thinking and problem solving
Making design and functional decision to resolve business problem and production issues.
Partnering with CTI desk leads and seniors across Finance and Markets for requirement analysis , status updates and issue resolution
Leading steering group meetings and senior stakeholders meetings.
Lead and manage technology production issue resolutions.
Mentor juniors in the group on project execution.
Partnering with accountable stakeholders to ensure prompt follow-ups are completed
Tracking general progress and escalating all risks and issues
Project Governance and Reporting
Coordination with treasury partners [IRRB and Liquidity reporting
Coordination with Finance and markets technology teams in analyzing and resolving production issues.
Coordination of requirements identification
Documenting process flows
UAT coordination and leading UAT calls.
Implementation tracking and post implementation reporting.
Qualifications:
5-10 plus years of experience working for a financial services organization
Thorough knowledge of project management principals
General background in Treasury functions
Working knowledge of Citigroup and Treasury systems would be beneficial
Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Excel / Access / SQL)
Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrates thorough knowledge fundamental Balance Sheet and P&L
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
