Sr. Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Pay: $43.12/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift 4PM-Midnight, M-F

PDS Tech Commercial is growing! We’re looking for experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. If you have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and Control systems.

  • Ensure facility and building systems meet applicable standards.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor oversight.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, taking corrective actions as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial building maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems

  • Experience with Industrial Steam Boilers, Chillers, and Process Equipment and Welding

  • EPA 608 Type II Certification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Preferred:

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification

  • Two years of technical schooling in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC

Pay Details: $43.12 per hour
