TEKsystems Medical Phone Agent in Glendale, California

Position: Medical Phone Agent

Location: Glendale, CA (100% Onsite)

Pay: $20/hr + (based on experience, room for growth)

Contract to hire: 3 months with potential to go perm

Description:

Our Client is looking for someone more qualified with experience on the administration side (non-clinical) front office area preferably who has been in the industry for some years who is looking for something repetitive and consistent that is aware of how HMO insurance works and has experience scheduling, triaging calls, gather patient demographics, verifying insurance, and using electronic medical records. Experience with front office flows but does not mind the repetitiveness of handling a high volume of calls.
