Description
Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Theme Park Technology & Digital, where we create immersive digital experiences for theme parks worldwide. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the digital Guest and Cast experience across various facets of theme park operations.
Responsibilities:
Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Theme Park Guests.
Understand and execute the digital product strategy for digital product experiences for Guests or Cast members.
Translate the digital strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, and other product documentation.
Assist in developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners.
Lead and maintain feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, collaborating with design and technology teams to align with the strategic vision.
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
Monitor product performance, support A/B tests, and recommend opportunities to enhance the Theme Park Digital Platforms.
Support product delivery and ongoing maintenance, including product build, content configuration, and on-call collaboration.
Requirements
Requirements:
Possess 3+ years of experience in digital product management within website and mobile domains.
Exhibit a strategic mindset with a knack for translating ideas into actionable plans.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling technical, user, and business challenges within a fast-paced online environment.
Familiarity with content management systems and associated processes.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead projects and influence at executive levels.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, adept at leveraging data for decision-making.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Comfortable working with teams across different geographical locations.
Previous experience in iOS/Android release processes is required.
