As a forklift operator, you'll play a crucial role in loading and unloading trailers using a sit-down forklift. Responsibilities:
Unload & Load materials from trailers and move them to assigned places Bring pallets of packaged materials to and from production lines Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Use an RF Scanner for inventory control Load and unload two pallets at a time from the floor lifts (elevators) Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport raw materials to production workstations Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Skills:
1 year of sit-down forklift operator experience Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment Excellent physical condition and coordination Knowledge and understanding of inventory control High school diploma or G.E.D. is required Must be 21 years or older to apply Compensation
