The Headlines:

In the role of Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations.You will be responsible for scheduling the Golden Brewery’s throughput to deliver against Distributor demand and orders. The team is responsible for creating weekly schedules for the Brewing, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics departments, as well as monitoring the weekly execution of the plan and escalating to corporate partners as needed. The schedules must enable departmental efficiency and deliver overall throughput through the Brewery and Distribution Centers.

The roles require a high level of organization, effective communication, and an ability to understand the impacts of each plan through each department and across departments. Each role needs a strategic focus and broad perspective as plans interact with each other and can change in both planning and execution.

This position reports to the Production Services Manager and works closely with corporate Customer Service, Golden Distribution Center Customer Services, Production Schedulers, Logistics Coordinators and Corporate Transportation.

The Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize the Brewery / DC outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan utilizing the Load Builder / TM business applications.

  • Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements.

  • To accomplish these objectives schedulers must analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints.

  • Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functional

The Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or like field.

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in production scheduling against order placement and removals.

  • Must have sound analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to manage several tasks while anticipating and reacting to a changing production and marketing

  • Must be able to balance conflicting priorities and meet customer demands through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member and to develop and maintain productive working relationships.

Job Posting Grade: 9

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $66,000 - $94,900
