Freedom Powersports Service Scheduler - RoadRunner Harley-Davidson in Goodyear, Arizona
RoadRunner Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn is looking for a Service Scheduler to assign work and manage the schedule of our factory trained technicians, who perform maintenance and repairs on motorcycles.

Responsibilities
Plan and schedule the work and duties of Service Technicians, assigning work, and following up on completion of assignments
Assign and schedule work duties to Service Technicians according to individual skill level and specialty
Schedule service appointments as workflow heightens
Invoice customers and help track billing information
Make purchase orders for supplies
Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience working in a service department, in a scheduling role preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Excellent listening, customer service, and phone skills
Experience using Microsoft Outlook/Google Suite for vendor management
MUST have powersports dealership experience

Competitive Pay based on experience up to (starting rate up to $20.00/ hour)
