Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Whole Offer Managers (level 4 and 5). The Whole Offer Manager is part of a team of Whole Offer Managers jointly managing the integrated whole offers of the Digital Airline Planning business line. Digital Airline Planning is part of the Flight Operations portfolio, and is managing products and services for optimizing planning of flight crew, aircraft and timetable. The portfolio consists of products ranging from early incubation to world leading products with a focus on commercial airlines.

The Whole Offer Manager is responsible for defining capabilities required to deliver attractive customer outcomes. While each whole offer must be attractive, the performance of all integrated whole offers is the main objective. Whole Offer Managers will work as one team to ensure maximal growth and profitability of the Digital Airline Planning business line.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build and manage attractive Whole offers for the commercial airline market

• Research and constantly test and refine the market perception

• Address gaps in the offers, including partnerships and acquisitions

• Define the business model, pricing and commercial terms

• Knowledge sharing of the whole offers

• Establish key metrics to track the success of the Whole offer

• Support and execute the joint whole offer strategy

• Work closely with Product Managers, Service Offers Managers and Market Managers to refine product design, customer value capture and go-to market strategy

This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Education – Bachelor degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience in IT industry and/or aviation industry

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of software Product Management

• Development of software and/or services

• Airline industry experience

• Working with pricing strategies

• Working in an international business

• Experience of Crew, Network or Schedule Planning software

Typical education/experience:

Senior (level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
