This position is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the residents, staff, and visitors of the Bacon Campus/Life Adjustment Program. Responsible for coordination of resources (transportation, office supplies, program supplies, resident supplies) with accuracy and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build the LAP transportation schedule in accordance with the transportation policy and process.

  2. Greet & direct phone/walk in traffic at the front desk for the Bacon Campus including visitors to LAP, vendors, meeting attendees, clients and others in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.

  3. Provide Concierge services (client cigarettes, ride requests, money requests, etc.) to residents.

  4. Maintain resident documentation on-site and electronically in the electronic medical records system (EMR).

  5. Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.

  6. Order office and program supplies in-store or online to maintain adequate inventory.

  7. Responsible for daily entry of Work Orders into maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.

  8. Provide administrative support to Bacon Campus for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.

  9. Maintain program information sources.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school or equivalent preferred, plus one year of related experience, or two years of work experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

Valid Colorado Driver's License CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (preferred) De-Escalation Training (preferred) Driver Training (preferred)
