As an Outpatient Clinician, you'll work under the guidance of our Clinical Supervisor, providing therapy and support to clients of all ages!

Hours:

• Monday-Friday, with flexible shifts between 8am-7pm.

Pay:

$62,000- 68,500

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging intake assessments

• Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions.

• Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files.

• Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.

• Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics.

• Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals.

• Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.

• Coordinate client transfers/discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care.

• Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• Experience in counseling preferred.

• Must have or be working towards licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $68,500.00 per year
