In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality control program, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Document Management:
Develop, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Food Quality and Safety Programs.
Utilize revision control systems to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all documentation.
Format and organize documents for clarity, including tables of contents and matrices.
Identify and document variances or gaps in existing procedures and track their resolution.
Internal Audit & Continuous Improvement:
Conduct internal audits of our Food Quality and Safety programs, including HACCP, SOPs, GMPs, forms, and procedures.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with our food safety systems.
Develop and manage Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs to address identified risks and continuously improve our systems.
Prepare for and support external audits by accreditation bodies and customers.
Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
Support the development of new project risk assessments and change management plans.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of HACCP plans, SOPs, and new product launches to ensure compliance with current and potential certifications.
