Senior Manager of Reporting & Analytics

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Reporting & Analytics for Pilgrim’s that reports onsite to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business; oversee maintenance of executive financial presentations, data integrity of Qlik dashboards, and various sustainability and financial reports

• Prioritize demand from several departments at the corporate office and plant locations; maintain alignment and communication with business and finance/accounting leadership

• Cultivate a strong partnership with various business units as finance and accounting, IT, and procurement through collaborative solution design and general communication

• Engage with external stakeholders, including equity/debt analysts, sustainability ratings agencies, and various vendors

• Be able to clearly communicate with leadership and colleagues on complex issues specific to the business, financial community, and sustainability related matters

• Support management with ad-hoc analysis

• Other duties as assigned

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Sustainability, or relevant field

• 5+ years of experience of accounting, finance, or business analysis

• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of US agriculture industry, especially chicken, is a major plus

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Self-driven and willing to problem solve

• Experience in QlikView , QlikSense , and SAP Business Objects is desired

• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations .   The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

• Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

• Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

• 401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

• Base salary range of $86,000-$120,000 ; and

• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
