Description
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations, alongside handling General Ledger and Account Reconciliations. The successful candidate will be integral to maintaining our financial records and will play a key role in our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update the General Ledger on a regular basis
• Perform Account Reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Utilize software tools such as MS Excel and Sage Intacct for various accounting tasks
• Prepare Journal Entries and assist in the Month End Close process
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the accounting function
• Work closely with the accounting team to improve financial processes
• Ensure all financial operations align with company and industry regulations.
Requirements
• Must possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Demonstrated experience with Bank Reconciliations is crucial.
• Should have a thorough understanding of General Ledger management.
• Must be adept at making Journal Entries.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures is essential.
• Must have experience in using accounting software.
