In this position, you will play a critical role in optimizing our processes and maximizing efficiency of our supply chain, through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the Toyota Production System (TPS).

You will:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and workflows across the supply chain.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste (Muda).
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve processes.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and create visual representations (charts, graphs) to track progress and communicate results.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on best practices in Lean Six Sigma and TPS.

About you:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Four or more years of Project Management experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

About the Schedule:

This position is on-site, first shift and will require the ability to travel both domestic and internationally.

Anticipated travel - 25-50%

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $65,781 - $84,340 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
