In this position, you will play a critical role in optimizing our processes and maximizing efficiency of our supply chain, through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the Toyota Production System (TPS).
You will:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and workflows across the supply chain.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste (Muda).
- Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve processes.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and create visual representations (charts, graphs) to track progress and communicate results.
- Maintain and update documentation related to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on best practices in Lean Six Sigma and TPS.
About you:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Four or more years of Project Management experience is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

About the Schedule:
This position is on-site, first shift and will require the ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
Anticipated travel - 25-50%
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $65,781 - $84,340 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
