Aston Carter HYBRID FP&A Consultant in Greenwich, Connecticut

Job Title: HYBRID FP&A Consultant

Location: Greenwich, CT

Type: Hybrid - (2 days remote each week)

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial impact.

  • Support process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and analysis.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    Experience :

  • Prior experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Expense reporting and analysis.

  • Experienced in automation and establishing routine reporting procedures.

    Duration : Open-ended, project-based (typically 6-12 months).
