If you possess the following, we are eager to chat with you! Job Description Essential Job Functions:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed

Remove old paint, wallpaper, or other finishes

Ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for painting

Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

Achieve consistent coverage and clean lines

Work on both interior and exterior surfaces

Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades

Understand the impact of lighting and surroundings on color perception

Create precise edges and corners

Address imperfections and ensure a flawless finish

Pay meticulous attention to quality

Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with hazardous materials

Use protective gear (masks, goggles) to prevent exposure

Comply with environmental regulations

Coordinate with other trades (Engineering team, electricians, HVAC technicians, general groundskeeping and others) to ensure seamless project exec

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Deliver projects on time

Address unexpected challenges (e.g., uneven surfaces, weather conditions)

Adapt techniques to different surfaces and materials

Snow removal is a must Experience:

Minimum of5 yearsas a professional painter

Skills:

Proficiency in surface preparation, paint application, and color mixing

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Familiarity with various paint types and finishes

Knowledge of safety procedures

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $26.00 - $26.00
