Contribute to a team responsible for building technical solutions to business problems. Build dev/ops pipelines for technical infrastructure and code. Configure and tune algorithms to properly identify and correlate issues. Analyze requirements for new data acquisitions. Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and deploy code updates for monitoring and AIOps applications. Perform software development for data acquisition, utilizing multiple languages including Python, Go, and Java. Monitor application performance, develop correlations for the existing automations, and provide technical software solutions to isolate and resolve issues with the code, network, or infrastructure. Responsible for infrastructure planning and deployment as well as system support of a large analytic platform. Write code and leverage scripting to enable automation meeting operational requirements. Utilize chef or Ansible for orchestration, automation, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure. Configure, support, and administer Linux systems. Develop interfaces with advanced monitoring solutions platforms in Python. Utilize advanced monitoring solutions to identify anomalies within the machine data and drive proactive issue resolution. Work within complex computational software environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and administration of Linux-based systems and applications. Develop custom Shell, Python, and Perl scripts for generating server-side data reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 years of experience utilizing Chef or Ansible for orchestration, automation, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure; and configuring, supporting, and administering Linux Systems. 3 years of experience developing interfaces with advanced monitoring solution platforms in Python; and, utilizing advanced monitoring solutions to identify anomalies within the machine data and drive proactive issue resolution.
