Description:
Take inbound phone calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate patient, medical, and insurance records to ensure prompt delivery and payment
Perform order entry accurately
Skills:
- Medical, Patient Access Reprensentative, Billing, Insurance, patient care, care coordination, claim, insurance verfications, patient benefits, healthcare, office experience, inbound and outbound calls, managed care, call center, customer service
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Basic knoweldge of computer software
Communication skills
