Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
AI Technology Research:
Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms and models to solve real-world problems and drive technological advancements.
Project Development and Management:
Lead and participate in the entire lifecycle of AI research projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into practical applications and promote AI technology deployment within the company.
Technology Innovation and Promotion:
Explore and develop new AI application scenarios and technology directions to maintain technological leadership.
Organize and participate in technical exchanges and training to enhance the team's technical level and innovation capability.
Team Collaboration and Mentoring:
Mentor and train team members, sharing professional knowledge and research experience.
Participate in team building and foster a positive and productive research environment.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Professional Skills:
Deep understanding and mastery of theories and technologies in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
Proficiency in AI development tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Ability to independently conduct research and project development, and translate research findings into practical applications.
Research Experience:
Experience in AI research at reputable research institutions or companies.
Experience in participating and leading AI research projects, with a track record of successful application deployment preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of finding creative solutions to technical challenges.
