Manage the App Innovation business, align specialist to high propensity accounts, Align with other solution areas, participate in ROBs, Weekly Scrums at area level. Ensure Specialist has pipeline coverage and velocity against its territory, they are working on diversification of workloads in the account, work with them to remove blockers. Own and lead prioritization of solution plays (Build & Modernize AI Apps, Developer Productivity) across all initiatives and investments. Model & Coach effective governance of Account plans, 3x Pipeline, Uncommitted to Committed, ACR forecast, MACC mix, Partner share, EBC, MTC and in-account marketing initiatives. Build and develop a robust pipeline for App Innovation opportunities and consumption opportunities across the growth drivers of our solution area & strategic pillars. Coach and enable Specialists on the App Innovation growth drivers, programs, investments, role priorities, onboarding, account team orchestration and the Azure Checklist.

Engage with TDMs or BDMs to strengthen executive relationships, discover new opportunities (inclusive of MACCs), and identify risks early while also ensuring strategic partner consumption opportunities through Executive relationships to join drive success in the local market. Build credibility as a domain ‘thought-leader’ by personally delivering presentations in external events.

Drive >100% attainment of App Innovation ACR Target and MACC (30% App innovation Mix), 3x Pipe with Min 40% Committed, Dev Solutions and Copilot mix, Partner Share / Attach mix Engagements shared with partners, and AI Design Wins.
