Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

We are looking for Proposal Manager for WHRS & Power Plant Projects: Boilers, Steam Turbines, ACC, BOP, Auxiliaries and Accessories in Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical and Process Industries

Role description:

  • Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical assessments of project requirements.

  • Bid Preparation: Lead the development of comprehensive and competitive bids, including technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordination with customer for project inputs, schedules and delivery.

  • Arrange approvals of documents from customer and consultant

  • Coordination with internal departments

  • Bid Submission: Prepare and submit high-quality, timely bid packages, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

  • Qualification: BE Mechanical

  • Having 12-15 Year of experience

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably with a focus on WHRS Power Plants

  • Strong technical knowledge of boilers, and related auxiliary equipment.

  • Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

  • Established project management skills.

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Excellent people management skills
