Job Description
TEOA (Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage) is our company wide business management system aimed at improving our business performance by applying best practice improvement tools to become more efficient and effective so that we can be more productive, satisfy our customers and deliver more value to our shareholders.
He/she will act as the regional subject matter expert for the TEOA tools and be responsible for all TEOA activity at various sites, this will include functional support areas such as S&OP, Procurement, Logistics and all other functional support areas.
This position does not have direct reports but potentially will be part of a strong, dynamic team.
Job Summary
1.Development of Site TEOA deployment plans consistent with business unit / region strategic and operational planning.
2.Support and mentor site based TEOA Practitioners / Lean Practitioners / Kaizen Facilitators to enable them to succeed in the TEOA deployment.
3.Identification and organization of resources required to achieve successful implementation in accordance with plan.
4.Coordination of regional initiatives, across multiple sites in order to achieve consistency and standardization across business unit.
5.Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression to higher star assessment levels.
6.Monitor and report all site level measurements and performance within business unit to star assessment levels.
7.Lead the value stream project teams, develop value stream maps and execute the TEOA implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level TEOA metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy.
8.Create, plan, drive and follow-up of the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to a sustainable closure
9.Result manage & co-work to improve KPI through TEOA Tool
(Global result managing/ co-work with global)
10.Regular audit to discipline operation team to meet the target
11.Co-work and Analyze the status and proactive &reactive action plan
12.Initiate TEOA training course (Novice, Apprentice, Practitioner, Master)
13.Drive KAIZEN event for Employee to follow up
Experience
•6+ years of Operation KPI management / experience Lean mfg.
•Base knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean tools
•English communication to co-work with global team
