FLEX-STAFF, INC. - STEVENS POINT Customer Care Rep in HALES CORNERS, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are gearing up for another customer service need with one of our Stevens Point area clients. Will be responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, email, web-chat and digital channels which may include: online, mobile and IVR in a cross functional contact center. CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE candidates will: Respond to customer\'s telephone, chat and email inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions. Provide quality service as a differentiator for client to retain current customers and to attract new business. Demonstrate the ability to quickly change one\'s approach to a situation and adjust to constraints or multiple demands. Incorporate product, service and procedure changes communicated through a variety of mediums into everyday working procedures.
