Job Responsibilities\ Creare, a leading engineering research and development firm in Hanover, NH, seeks to fill the position of Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager reports to the QA Director and the Quality Engineer and assists the QA Director with corporate-wide QA activities, including but not limited to: writing and maintaining QA procedures, leading the development and administration of Quality training, conducting internal audits, managing calibration database, managing weekly QA department meetings, managing corporate QA improvement issues; monitoring QA metrics and addressing issues with responsible parties, participating in customer quality assurance audits. The QA Manager also assists the QA Engineer and project teams with project-specific QA needs such as reviewing Manufacturing Orders, QC Inspection/Receiving, etc.
