Schedule: 5p-5a 4-on-4-off
Pay: $27-$29
The Production Line Maintainer, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager II, will be responsible for maintaining one of five production lines, performing quality checks, and making mechanical adjustments to the line based on quality readings. This role is a hybrid of machine operating and maintenance. Candidates need a mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems. They will alternate between running the Slitter machine, keeping the flow of the production line, troubleshooting the line and machines, conducting quality checks, and making necessary edits.
Responsibilities
Maintain one of five production lines
Perform quality checks and make mechanical adjustments based on quality readings
Operate and maintain the Slitter machine
Troubleshoot production lines and machines
Conduct quality checks and necessary edits
Organize and secure materials and pallets
Ensure safe operating practices
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude and technical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
Basic math skills
Ability to read and utilize micrometers and dial indicators
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts
Ability to pass Ramsay Mechanical Skills Test and Minimizer
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in inspecting, machine operating, troubleshooting, and repair
Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance
Ability to read blueprints
Experience with data entry, electrical systems, and palletizing

Work Environment
This is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Candidates will be expected to wear safety glasses and hearing protection due to the loud nature of the machines being operated.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00
