WAGE: $14.00 HOURS: FULL TIME POSITION(S): WORK HOURS ARE 4:00A.M. -UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETE FOR THE DAY. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL DAYS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remove all bill acceptors from slot machines on gaming floor.
  • Count all currency from bill acceptors.
  • Count all chips from table games and box all poker chips.
  • Enter table drop into computer.
  • Verify openers, closers and table fills with computer, document any variances.
  • Record totals on proper paperwork.
  • Operate coin rollers for reloads and rolled coin.
  • Return currency, coin and reloads to vault for supervisor verification.
  • Enter currency totals on computer for each gaming table.
  • Make copies of all pertinent paperwork and deliver to the appropriate person.
  • Clean all machines and perform minor maintenance on coin rollers.
  • Balance currency and prepare for transfer to vault.
  • Perform inventory on the following areas on the first of each month;
    • Count chips on all gaming tables.
    • Count chips in poker bank.
    • Count chips and currency in vault..

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: *High School Diploma or GED *Experience: *Money handling experience preferred, but not necessary. *Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge preferred. Skills and Abilities: Must be able to work at a fast pace with imposed deadlines. Must be able to work with large sums of money and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and be able to work well with others as a team. Must be flexible in the days available for work to include weekends and holidays. Strict confidentiality is a MUST.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED: Computer, coin rollers, bill acceptors and MPS and currency equipment.

  • Must be able to work in a room 20 x 20 with other co-workers present and closely out on the gaming floor.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours of a shift.
  • Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 10 pounds during shift.
  • Must be able to work in a dusty environment.
  • Must be able to use both right/left hands for repetitively opening and closing slot doors, bill acceptor cans and for data entry on the computer.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and rotate during shift.
  • Depending on daily activities, all requirements during any given shift may be higher or lower than what is listed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The environment that this position will deal with is; working in a confined work area (20 x 20) with other co-workers present, the work area can become very noisy and dusty due to the coin rollers. When doing drops on the Gaming Floor, environment can become very congested and noisy. Cigarette smoke must also be tolerated as for the level can become excessive.
