Pho 99 LLC is a Vietnamese cuisine full-service restaurant.  Our mission is to provide our community with a place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine on a regular basis, fast service, and at an affordable price.  We are continuously recruiting to staff our restaurant to serve our local community.

Job Details:

• Have knowledge of preparing Vietnamese cuisine. Such as pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, vermicelli, and sauces.

• Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes

• Set up the proper amount of product to ensure a smooth working line

• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients

• Must be able to execute and prioritize multiple orders with efficiency, quality and adhere to food safety practices.

• Must be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Assist with the care of floors in the kitchen by sweeping and/or mopping at a time when food is not being prepared or served.

• Ability to reasonably conform to all rules and policies in the kitchen.
