DESCRIPTION OF WORK This is a limited-term position that will oversee the administration of the granting of agreements and invoicing activities related to the federal Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure (RFSI) reimbursement grant program. This grant is available beginning in Fiscal Year 2024/25 and expires in Fiscal Year 2026/27 and is broken into two programs: Infrastructure Grants and Simplified Equipment-Only Grants. This position assists in managing a federal grant focused on agricultural supply chain development through supporting farm and food businesses. Responsibilities include overseeing fund utilization, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring project alignment with grant objectives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

These are federally funded limited-term positions that are responsible for the administration of federal grants. Funding is approved until June 30, 2027 and will be extended if additional funds are received.

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. This position requires travel for site visits to audit grant recipients that may be outside of normal business hours. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:
