About the Role:
You will own overall consumption and consumption forecast reporting for Field Ops. You will help consolidate and evaluate theater consumption forecasts and own models that help Field Ops leadership evaluate the global consumption forecast. You will partner with various teams to help measure the impact of Field activities on incremental consumption. You will analyze consumption, proactively raise potential hotspots, and work with leaders to diagnose and act accordingly.
This role will reside under the Sales Operations organization.
What You Will Do:
Assist in reporting and operationalizing key consumption metrics, developing reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and actions
Frame and break down complex problems into key components, derive insights and provide actionable recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes
Analyze and provide insights over key consumption trends as part of the weekly forecast cadences, quarterly business reviews, and other key executive cadences
Consolidate and own the global consumption model(s)
Work with your leadership team on any ad-hoc data analysis to support global consumption reporting and executive requests
Help to define, drive, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with global Sales Operations Business Partners
What You Will Bring:
Thrives in a dynamic work environment and can manage competing priorities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and an understanding of basic statistical frameworks preferred
Prior experience in an analytical position required (i.e., Sales Analytics, Data Science, FP&A), tech-industry and/or open-source software/SaaS experience preferred
Prior experience with consumption preferred
Capability to master data at the granular level without losing sight of the bigger picture; an insight generator, not a data generator
Outstanding communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information tailored to the audience across organizations, including the executive team
Results-oriented and comfortable working with leveraging data from multiple sources to make informed decisions
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Previous experience with Salesforce and Excel, in a power-user capacity, Tableau, and SQL experience

This position has an annual estimated salary of $98,500 - 115,740 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
