We have an opportunity available for a Digital Catalog Manager. The Digital Catalog Manager will use their expertise to integrate a concept of master data management to the TAKKT FoodServices organization.

This position will define and drive governance and data integrity while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members including IT, UXUI and merchandising. With a strong focus in eCommerce, the Digital Catalog Manager will develop, lead, and execute merchandising strategies that deliver best-in-class consumer-facing taxonomy that drives conversion.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of future state roadmap and requirements with an understanding of what is working, what's not and industry best practices
  • Define, implement, and maintain OKRs, data policies, standards, and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Act as administrator for in-house PIM
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to website products, photographs, videos and categorization
  • Work with copywriters and photographers on best practices and guidelines
  • Perform website Q&A regularly to ensure catalog is presentable and accurate
  • Regularly audit high traffic site elements such as Top Navigation for accuracy and shopability
  • Moderate User Reviews and Q&A and adapt content from trended learnings
  • Ensure decisions are SEO-forward and identify opportunities to supplement product content
  • Optimize keywords for on-site search, including synonyms and redirects
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how our customers shop
  • Overseeing the timely syndication of assets with internal & vendor partners
  • Propose enhancements to product set-up and display to drive ATC & Conversion
  • Act as digital stakeholder for data-centric projects (ex: integrations, system upgrades, web enhancements)

5+ years data management or data governance; preferably with high SKU counts

Detail-oriented, capable of technical follow-through

Experience leading cross functional projects
