The Commercialization Project Manager is responsible for managing overall project progress to deliverables including, issues, risk and change management, budget management, reporting and presentations.  Scope of responsibility includes new products and spec changes to existing products for all CFG products sold in Retail, Foodservice, and B to B. Performance Management Present scope of new product launches and product/production process projects with stakeholders Manage new product launch process Manage product and specification change process Utilize discretion in establishing product launch timelines and financial impact Create and manage change mgmt. document Communicate with functional owner of opportunity to gain understanding of expectations and deliverables Identify and engage resources to complete project within timeline Hold pre-launch meetings with project execution team Train execution team on new product expectations and hold execution team accountable to specifications Facilitate and monitor product test runs on the floor as needed Coordinate product evaluation post test run Ensure adjustments are made to process utilizing the findings from test run product review Coordinate resources and define expectations for product samples to be produced Communicate, update of project and any deviations to project timeline to key stakeholders Identify and communicate any obstacles needed in order to launch product Develop and manage high level project trackers (keep up to date) Coordinate resources to ensure first shipment inspection is completed Implement product and specification changes Facilitate production and delivery of samples to destination Gather and maintain technical expertise related to product and production processes Execute internal survey with customers and stakeholders Track resource utilization/time allocation vs standard Hold functional areas accountable for completion for project plan Review inputs received from stakeholders for project plan; provide feedback regarding inputs Customer Support Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships Participate in external customer visits Technical Support Assist in ideation of new products Assist in development of specification changes on existing products Troubleshooting resource Being a technical expert resource to internal and external customers Personal growth, stay current on project management best practices Promote and support departmental Performance excellence initiatives Assist in creating training tools and presentations Collaborate and identify process improvement initiatives Deliver category training for new sales team members Team CFG Participate in Technical Team Level 10 meeting Participate in leadership class for CFG Participate in personal development programs participate in job definition process Train new hires in touch point functions as part of onboarding process Required Skills: The ability to: quickly recover from adversity; stay on course in times of difficulty; handle rejection on a personal level based on self-esteem; direct one's energies towards the completion of a goal without an external catalyst The ability to identify actions necessary to achieve task completion and to obtain results: the ability to meet schedules, deadlines, quotas, and performance goals The ability to prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames. Education Bachelors (required)

Experience 1 years: 5 years of experience in project mgmt or technical mgmt role in food manufacturing industry preferred. Microsoft Project or similar experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.  (required)
