BCBA/ RBT / Behavior Intervention Staff Needed (Full-time or Part-time)
Syringa Family Partnership has been providing high quality services to children in North Idaho for over 16 years. Syringa now provides ABA Services in addition to Intervention services to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
As an RBT, you will work at our therapy clinic, in childrens homes or in the community (preschool, childcare, summer camp, etc.). Your work will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your most important role is to connect with your clients and implement 1:1 goals and objectives through play. You will receive constant support, training and supervision. We guarantee your success!
This position requires: a high school diploma, a drivers license and completion of a 40 hour online course that we will provide for you.

- All of our positions require you to work a consistent schedule
Behavior Intervention (Additional requirements)
- Bachelors degree in the human service field
- 1,040 hours of experience working with children
- Supervision for those pursuing their BCBA certification
Behavior Intervention (Additional requirements)
- Masters degree in the human service field
- 1,200 hours of experience working with children and implementing goals and objectives in skill building and/or interfering behaviors
- Supervision for those pursuing their BCBA certification
