Hourly Rate: $37-42/hour Deliverables/Principal Results Expected: Completion of nursing assessments, treatment plans, medication administration, vitals, detox protocols as needed Collaborate with admissions department to ensure bed-board is accurate and up to date. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation in client charts/MAR Assist in responding to client grievances, keep DON informed of client and staff issues. Collaborate with pharmacy to meet client needs in cost effective manner Oversee lab processing including review and sign lab-work, obtaining/transcribing physician orders, ensure appropriate HCG results have been obtained. Other duties as assigned.
