Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader
Purpose of the Position: Frontline leadership for plant maintenance operations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related technical field and 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- In Lieu of a Bachelor's degree a 10 + years of direct supervision of maintenance employees in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and lead skilled maintenance employees, providing clear direction and establishing expectations.
- Experience coordinating activities within cross functional areas of responsibility and collaboration with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead shift maintenance operations to support production goals.
Provide focus and direction to all on shift plant maintenance employees.
Manage resources (people, materials, equipment) to optimize equipment uptime, throughput, and maintenance quality.
Ensure scheduled preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance activities are completed safely while exceeding customer expectations.
Maintaining safety, environmental and regulatory requirements while performing all maintenance activities.
Create and maintain a safety 1st environment for all employees.
