Bethpage Federal Credit Union Loan and Member Services Representative in Hempstead, New York
Assist member with financial needs including New Accounts, Savings Products, Consumer Loans, Account Maintenance along with referrals to business partners (BFG, Mortgages, Insurance Agency of Bethpage, etc.). Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that are beneficial to the member. Effectively resolves member issues. Responsible for processing all financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, issuing bank checks, money orders, gift cards, etc. with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all member interactions are handled with providing extraordinary service in mind.
Monday through Saturday availability. Estimated Salary Range for this position: $21.00-$24.50 an hour. Education - High School; Bachelors preferred
