Pronto Solutions, Inc. headquartered at 129 Winners Circle Building 102 Weatherford, Texas 76087 phone number: 877-784-5040, is looking to fill twenty-five (25) Wind Turbine Composite Blade Repair Technician positions from 10/01/2024 to 12/15/2024. This is for full-time, peak-load temporary employment. Duties include Ensure all wind turbine equipment is calibrated within tolerance; Control and maintain composite blades for wind turbine equipment; follow directions as provided by supervisor to achieve project objectives; rigging/de-rigging of suspended platform; perform various structural repairs on internal/external blade surfaces (i.e., leading-edge erosion, small lightning strikes, cosmetic damage, etc.) while working at heights of 300 ft or more; run/operate tagline system for suspended platform; infusion process with fiberglass; vacuum-assisted lamination; aiding in development of Level A Composite technicians (Level B & C); provide high quality photo documentation of all repair steps (Level B & C); develop a repair plan with minimal supervision (Level B & C); Safety - adhere to all safety standards for self & others; Quality - meet or exceed customer expectations; Productivity work efficiently & effectively; and Housekeeping - maintain a clean and orderly work area. This position is for individuals with 1-2 years of wind industry experience (Level A), who will be working closely with an experienced composite technician to perform minor blade repairs. Employer also prefers qualified applicants to have received certification from wind turbine manufacturers, such as GE, Vestas, Siemens. Must have mechanically inclined aptitude, be able to follow instructions, and have knowledge of the process for fabrication and repair of composite blades for wind turbines. Must have understanding of how to use mixing ratios and the ability to take accurate measurements using the metric system; familiarity with power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, Dremel); and experience and knowledge of the proper handling of composite materials, such as fiberglass, epoxy resins, fillers, and paints. The position requires being on the road for 8-week periods, working with and around fiberglass and resins, operating power tools, rigging man baskets, and assisting in the repair of minor damages. Qualified candidates will also be expected to balance primary job duties with other assigned jobs as directed by management, moving to available work as needed. Physical Requirements include: being physically capable of lifting/handling 50-75 lbs and climb a 60-120m ladder on a frequent basis; kneeling, crouching, stooping, twisting & bending required. Additionally, experience with the safe operation of suspended platforms (Spider, Sky Climber, etc.) is preferred. All candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.

The pay is \$25.92 per hour up to \$60.00 per hour with overtime available at \$38.88 per hour up to \$90.00 per hour, based on hourly rate. The schedule is 54 hours per week from Monday to Friday with some occasional Sundays, from to 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Returning workers and workers with experience may be paid higher wage rates. Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Daily travel to worksites in the area of intended employment is required. The requested temporary workers will be based at 8520 N 2930 Rd, Hennessey, OK and will service clients within Kingfisher County. Employer provides transportation to and from all worksites.

Single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay period is Bi-Weekly. Employer will make all deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law. Housing will be provided by the employer. The offered housing is optional to workers. Transportation, including meals and, to the exten necessary, lodging, to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed by a company check, separate from the payroll check, if the worker completes half of the employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back to home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide worker, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job and on the job training in the proper use of tools and equipment.
