Support Services Group Inside Sales Representative in Heredia, Costa Rica

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in driving the business forward by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, providing top-notch service while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.   • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales or a similar role

  • Fully fluent in English

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Attention to detail and strong follow through

  • Proactive Sales Skills: Ability to proactively engage potential clients and nurture leads into successful sales.

  • Empathetic Listener: Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and build rapport.

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in persuasion and negotiation.

  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing industry trends and client demands.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What you will do:

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals.

  • Perform outbound calls and emails daily to engage prospective new clients.

  • Build and work pipeline of prospect opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of client's solutions to customers

  • One-on-one sales interactions with customers via phone and email.

  • Set appointments with decision makers/influencers/champions and conduct virtual presentations to introduce them to SSG, our services, and our differentiators
