Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist II in Hanover, Maryland, United States. This role entails managing various human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, analyzing HR data, and making recommendations to management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas.

• Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and make recommendations to management.

• Handle paperwork for various functional areas in line with established procedures.

• Prepare and disseminate internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies.

• Employ standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field to achieve goals.

• Leverage limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish objectives.

• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

• Contribute to employee relations and performance management.

• Participate in talent management and worker's compensation processes.

• Ensure creativity in problem-solving and QA management. Requirements • Must possess strong planning and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with human resources procedures and practices is essential.

• Experience in administering HR functions is required.

• Supervisory skills and experience is a must.

• Knowledge of benefit functions and associated paperwork is necessary.

• Must be well-versed with company policies and their application.

• Experience in managing employee relations is required.

• Knowledge of performance management strategies and techniques is essential.

• Must possess creativity and innovative thinking in HR solutions.

• Experience in talent management and succession planning is necessary.

• Knowledge of worker's compensation procedures and practices is required.

• Experience in QA management will be an advantage.

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is required.

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.

• Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications is required.

• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

• Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.
