Compensation: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Pay rate commensurate with experience
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Lead Officer Responsibilities:
Trains, mentors, and coaches new employees during on-boarding
Trains, mentors and coaches tenured employees
Audits team performance throughout the day, reinforcing safety, policy, practice, SOP and protocol compliance
Participates in QAPI activities for improved patient care and resident satisfaction.
Assists with the training and implementation of new policies, procedures, SOP’s and protocols
Conducts EMR and CPR for Healthcare Providers training
Participates in Critical Incident Stress Debriefings as a Peer Team Counselor
Assists in the management of complex critical incidents through NIMS/ICS
Keeps Supervisor informed of all pertinent information in a timely manner
Ensure that the teams paperwork is properly completed and submitted each day
Utilizes the Emergency Notification Alert System
Performs additional duties as assigned by the SES Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor to ensure an effective, efficient and compliant SES operation
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required.
2+ years demonstrated outside experience as an SES Officer with EMS experience or 1 year of demonstrated internal experience as an Erickson SES Officer (with EMR certification or higher)
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification. Instructor Certification preferred.
Current Emergency Medical Responder certification. Instructor certification preferred.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Peer Team Counselor. Certification preferred. NIMS/ICS 100/200.
