Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain our production facility and its systems in Hillsboro, OR. This role involves significant work with industrial pumps and 3-phase motors, alongside general upkeep of the facility. The technician will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, conduct inspections, oversee external vendors for major repairs, and manage maintenance schedules and inventory. The position requires adherence to safety standards and effective collaboration with team members and external contractors.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with industrial pumps and 3-phase motors

  • Mechanical troubleshooting

  • HVAC maintenance

  • Knowledge of low voltage electrical, mainly for facility repairs (light fixtures, outlets, etc.)

  • Proficiency in building construction and maintenance procedures

  • Ability to be on your feet for majority of the shift

  • Experience with record keeping systems

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Time management

  • Ability to assist/support external contractors

  • Ability to operate equipment and tools safely

  • Proficiency in using computers

Work Site/Shift

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Will be working the swing shift 2pm - 10:30pm

Training on day shift for 3-4 weeks either 6am - 2:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm

Monday - Friday operation

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility with both cleanroom environments and non-cleanroom areas. The work includes handling chemical lines for processing parts.
