Job Description Summary

OCP Project Specialist(*1)は在庫の最適化、グローバルシステムツールの導入プロジェクト、

需要分析などのグローバルやローカルの取り組みを主導・推進する役割を担う

またこの役割は、顧客納期遵守のためにグローバルの工場と連携してCCS製品(*2)を

調達するCCS OCPチームのメンバーを管理する

*1 : OCP = Order Control Point、工場発注・在庫管理部署

*2 : CCS = Clinical Care Solutions、超音波製品・麻酔器製品

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • 関連部署やステークホルダーと連携してグローバルおよびローカルの取り組みを推進する

  • CCS OCPメンバーと連携して日々の製品調達業務を管理する

  • 顧客納期遵守を目的に国内関連部署およびグローバルの各工場と連絡を取り、

  • 過剰在庫や欠品を予防・回避するために過去の需要データの分析を行う

  • FCCチームと連携して売上の最適化・最大化と希望納期遵守

  • マニュアルオペレーションのプロセスを簡素化、作業リードタイムの短縮を図る

  • コマーシャルチームと連携して製品のphase in/phase outを管理、遂行する

  • 適切な担当部署・担当者（コマーシャル、ロジスティクス、検査センター、委託業者など）とコミュニケーションを密に、トラブルなどの調整業務を行う

Qualifications:

  • メーカーでの製品発注・調達業務経験 5年以上

  • 問題を分析し、解決する能力

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語力

Characteristics/Preferred Qualifications:

  • 口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力

  • トラブル時の関係各署との粘り強い折衝力・交渉力

  • Excel業務に長けている、Oracle使用経験あると尚可

  • 業務・プロセス改善のマインドセット

  • 物流、生産管理における5年以上の経験

  • 生産管理、需要予測、物流プロセスの知識

  • コンプライアンスの知識と適切な考え方

  • グローバルチームとともに協業できる能力

  • 業務プロセス・環境などの変化を受け入れ、影響力を発揮できるチームプレーヤー
