About the role

The position is responsible for overseeing the sales of parts and accessories national wide . The role involves implementing sales strategies and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management : Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve sales target for parts and accessories, Identify areas improvement and implement corrective actions, manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of high demand parts while minimizing excess stocks.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with Key customers, suppliers and partners, address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base, Collaborate with the marketing team to design schemes, promotional sales events, Stay updated on potential threats and opportunities.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policy, Implement systems to improve productivity, Should have strong hand in working with different functions with in the organization.

  • Product Management: Should prepare the sales budget for the parts department, work on to optimize profitability and work on strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability by introducing new products.

Requirements:

The candidate will have a strong background in sales and parts management, excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the parts industry.

As Sparts Sales Manager minimum you must have:

  • BA Degree holder

  • A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience

  • Solid experience in Channel Management – experience to manage and grow number of dealers and traders.

  • Product introduction/Management – Having experience in adding new products and growing them.

  • Pricing – Understand how to price to improve profits and grow sales

  • Marketing – Experience in marcomms and drive promotional programs
